Corn and Tomato Salad
1 can corn
4-5 garden tomatoes, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate before serving if desired.
Notes:
I buy the corn on case-lot sale for .50, or I get it on sale at Thanksgiving for .20 to .49. I use tomatoes from my garden. I get salt and pepper in bulk from Sam's Club.
