I'm thankful that everything is working properly on my site today!

I'm also thankful it's cool enough for the roses to bloom again.

I'm thankful that I got to enjoy the snow today with my husband. It was a beautiful day with a gentle snowfall.

I'm thankful my husband took care of our gassy/colicky baby for 3 hours tonight after he came home from a busy anf stressful day of work and sent me to bed. It was just what I needed to be able to face a long night with a fussy baby.

I am thankful for snow and for my health.

I am thankful no fires started in my area from the extreme wind we are having combined with the very dry conditions. We had a disastrous fire in our valley two years ago where many homes and two lives were lost.

I wish I could send the snow we currently are having your way.

I am thankful that I have good health. I work in a cancer survivorship centre at a public hospital and am reminded daily how fortunate I am with my health.

I am super thankful that your site is working once again, because I really missed reading everyone’s comments throughout the week!

I am also very thankful for some coupons I received last week which helped me get either inexpensive or free clothes—including a completely free coat from LLBean! After losing 55 pounds and literally needing to rebuild my wardrobe, I am thankful to be filling in some holes so I have clothes the proper size to wear!

Susan - Congratulations on the weight loss - that's awesome!

Thank you! It has taken me several years, but at this point it was well worth it! I just needed to learn how to eat healthy! That—and break my sugar addiction, which was really hard for me but now that I no longer crave sugar it was SO worth going through the cravings to get off sugar!

I am thankful for my crock pot. I had to work and then had an appointment. I prepped everything before work and came home to a wonderful dinner.

  • Rhonda A. November 09, 2018

I am also thankful your site is up and running again, Brandy. I've really missed reading new posts and comments each day!
I am thankful for the wonderful lady who has kindly become my daughter's respite worker. DD really loves spending time with her, which makes me very happy. She is a very good mentor for DD as well. Next week she will be taking DD Christmas shopping for gifts for us. I really appreciate her help with teaching DD that it is better to give to others than it is to receive!

I am thankful my granddaughter is finally feeling better from fifths and strep and beginning to act like her sweet, happy self again.

  • Jennifer O. November 09, 2018

I am thankful my husband got to come for for a day to visit and he took care of some things I needed done while he was home.

  • Lea November 09, 2018

I am grateful my husband drove the children to school this morning in our really icky weather so I could make it to work on time also driving through the icky weather.

Thank you for the lovely rose photo, Brandy. Much better than the sleet and icy roads we're having!

I am grateful for little things that bless us. I have been wanting a flu shot, and Winn-Dixie has a special give-away this week. If you get a flu shot in their pharmacy, you get a free turkey.

  • Tejas November 09, 2018

I am thankful that my 16 yr.old grandson with multiple, complex health and psychiatric conditions did not have to be hospitalized this week. Praying the doctors can figure out the most serious, life-threatening issue, after a full year of testing that has yielded inconclusive results.

  • Patricia Koernig November 09, 2018

    Sending you love, Tejas.

I am grateful for the smallest promptings from a loving Heavenly Father that brought my 15 year old daughter peace when she needed it.

Yesterday, I learned I need to make several expensive repairs to my car. Today, I am thankful to have a car. I've been without one before and it makes life difficult. There is no public transportation where I live. I am thankful to have enough funds to cover some of the repairs right away. I am thankful to have a large pantry of food and other consumables to use while I work the remaining repairs into my budget.

  • Tina S. November 09, 2018

Welcome back! I am thankful your site is back up.

Today, I am thankful for good medical insurance. I had a bump on my chin biopsied yesterday at the dermatologist. They don't think it's dangerous, but I am very glad that I have insurance and the resources to have this checked.
